Tattoo FAQ

How can we help you?

Frequently asked questions

There are many variables involved in tattoo pricing such as size, detail and placement. The best way to get an accurate quote is to head into one of our studios and speak with an artist. Consultations are free of charge and a perfect opportunity to discuss your tattooing needs in detail with the artist!

Tattoo Artists require a deposit for all tattoo bookings, this cost covers the prep they put in before your appointment to make sure everything is perfectly rad! We can only accept payment in person at our studios, so to book in with an artist come in and say hi!

All deposits are non-refundable and will be included as part of the final cost of your tattoo once finished.

Quotes under $600 require a $100 deposit.
Quotes over $600 require a $200 deposit.

We get that things come up sometimes, and that you may need to reschedule your booking. All we ask is that you be a legend about it and give our artists sufficient time to work around changes. If you do need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours notice.

We will only confirm a new date if you have spoken with a member of our crew directly! Emailing, messaging via social media or leaving a voicemail is not cool.

Naturally, your hands and your neck are more exposed to the sun than the rest of your body! This means that it is more likely that tattoos in these areas will warrant touch ups over time. These touch ups are not free so it is important to have that in mind before committing.

Our absolute key focus is to maintain the safest and most hygienic studio for our clients and artists, therefore we do not allow friends to spectate. However, in special circumstances we will allow one support person per client.

We do not provide complimentary touch-ups for sensitive areas or ongoing/multi-session work, which includes hands, face, neck, fingers, feet, sleeves, back pieces, and large tattoos.

All other tattoos are eligible for a free touch-up within one month of the initial session.

Direct sunlight and tattoos are NOT FRIENDS. While you are healing try to avoid too much sun exposure.

Once your tattoo is healed, apply SPF 30 on days out, it will really help to prevent your tattoo from fading.
